Fully fenced private pool villa

Welcome to Villa Ripenda! It is located in a beautiful Istrian landscape, just a 15-minute drive from the tourist resort Rabac and the most beautiful beaches of Istria. In the fenced private garden you can use the pool, sun loungers, charcoal grill and shaded dining area.

At Villa Ripende there are two separate air-conditioned apartments that are rented together. Perfect for groups that value privacy, but also like spending time together. In the first apartment there is a kitchen and a living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, and in the other a different kitchen, a dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is space for up to 10 people. The house is beautiful, spacious and clean.

A high chair and cot are at your disposal when you need them. Wifi and parking are available.

The Villa Ripenda will surely be remembered as a wonderful holiday and give you the true spirit of Istria!

We had a perfect time, the villa was clean, tidy and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The pool was great. The owners were there to greet us on arrival and were on hand for anything we might need help with, they were super friendly and absolutely lovely to get to know, we have only been home a few hours and I wish I was back there. The area was good, local shops and crystal clear seas and beautiful coves a short drive.

Super Location für 2 Familien
Wir waren 2 Familien hier. Die Wohnungen waren super sauber und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt! Der Pool, die Liegen und der Garten war sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeber waren zuvorkommend und immer bemüht.

Das perfekte Ferienhaus mit Hund und großer Familie!!!
Wir waren nach 14 Tagen Aufenthalt mit 9 Personen aller Altersklassen und 2 Hunden sehr begeistert von diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und praktikabel ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer ist sehr leistungsfähig. Der Pool ist groß, sehr sauber und direkt von der Terrasse einsehbar. Die Aufteilung der beiden Wohnungen und Zimmer ist optimal für einen Urlaub mit bis zu 8 Personen zzgl. Kleinkind und Hunden!!! Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Die Lage ist ruhig und ländlich. Das Parken mit großem Bootsanhänger war auch kein Problem.

Wunderschöne Villa. Perfekt für den Urlaub mit Freunden
Hallo zusammen, wir haben in der Villa 2 Wochen mit Freunden verbracht und jeden Tag genossen. Die Aufteilung ist super für 2 Familien oder Familie mit Großeltern. Die Angaben und Bilder aus dem Inserat stimmen 100%. Die Gastgeber sind direkt nebenan, sehr hilfsbereit und Gastfreundlichkeit wird groß geschrieben. Das komplette Anwesen ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Natürlich war für die Kinder der Pool das Highlight. Die Erwachsenen konnten auf der Terrasse den Pool aus wunderbar einsehen. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, auch ein Backofen, Spülmaschine etc ist vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Labin mannigfach verfügbar. Spar, Plodine, Lidl, Konsum, DM, Müller... Auch die Altstadt in Labin ist sehenswert und in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Meer erreicht man in wenigen Minuten bei Rabac. Wir können die Gegend und insbesondere die Villa zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Wunderschönes Domizil
Sehr schönes ruhig gelegenes Grundstück, Haus, Garten und Pool sind sehr gepflegt und die Vermieter sind einmalig nett und außerordentlich gastfreundlich und aufmerksam. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Objekt war sehr sauber. Die Küchengräte, der Herd, der Kühlschrank und alles andere hat sehr gut funktioniert1 Die Vermieter waren sehr gastfreundlich, sie haben uns leckeres, selbstgemachtes Feigenmus geschenkt außerdem leckeren Wein! Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter!!!

Lohnenswerte Unterkunft
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Das Objekt war sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Der Pool war das Highlight für die Kinder. Mit dem Auto waren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Badebuchten nach wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar. Die Lage ist ruhig am Rande von Labin. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war freundlich und jederzeit möglich. (Die Sprachbarriere wurde mit Händen u Füßen sowie Telefonjoker überwunden.) Für Familien ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen!
