Large, comfortable, quiet room. Very helpful staff. Street area outside is noisy and crowded but you do not hear in the room. Hotel is located within walking distance to attractions and also convenient to Metro.

Everyone is very friendly and professional, happy to assist you and any issue you may have is taken care of right away.
The room was always clean and very well done in a timely manner.
The breakfast buffet was great and plentiful and the staff very attentive and showed that they really cared to provide an excellent experience. The staff in the lobby, in all shifts, were very helpful and gladly answered any questions and gave suggestions that help us a lot. I will recommend The Regina Hotel to anyone visiting Madrid and I will stay there in the future again.
