Just 100 meters from the forest and 1 km from a scenic lake, it’s ideal for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. The nearby Maboge Beach is a popular spot for swimming and kayaking in the Ourthe River, while the Château de La Roche-en-Ardenne and Battle of the Ardennes Museum provide rich historical experiences. The Barrage de Nisramont is also perfect for hiking and wildlife spotting.  
  
The home features three bedrooms, including one with a bunk bed and another with a children’s bed, making it family-friendly. The open kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, oven, and microwave, and the living room includes a TV, DVD player, and CD player for entertainment.
