The staff were excellent here and the hotel was good value for the high star rating for the property. There however were a few issues. The shower floor was always overflowing outside onto the carpet after a short shower. The sauna was out of order for our entire stay. The spa was also not in operation for the duration of the trip. The hotel was perhaps a bit out of the way of the main attraction in Brussels.

Very nice place in the heart of Brussels. Cute room with food and shopping very walkable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room service was excellent
