The holiday home Anexo de Invitados is located in La Rinconada. The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.  
  
The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (open from 1 April to 30 September), a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.  
  
The property is located near the train station, from where you can easily reach the centre of Seville.
