### Beachfront Villa with Heated Pool

The main living area is a wide-open space, seamlessly connecting the living room, dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Large glass doors open directly onto the patio, blurring the line between indoors and out and offering a stunning ocean view.  
  
The kitchen features a large island with seating for six, while the adjacent dining area provides seating for up to eight people, all overlooking the bay.

Step outside to your private, beachfront patio, an entertainer's dream.  
  
Heated Pool:   
  
Enjoy a swim any time of year in the heated pool (kept around 78-80°F in winter). A small wading area is perfect for kids.

Relax on four shaded beach loungers while enjoying the sea breeze, or host a meal at the outdoor dining table for twelve, complete with a BBQ area.

#### Beautiful home, just like in the listing

We loved our stay here. The home and location are great, and the pool is very warm which was perfect for me. The pool area is also such a great spot to hang out with a big group, and it's right on the beach if you want to explore farther. Check in/check out was good, the property manager Carlos was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. He even drove us to the airport when we were late for our flight and having trouble getting an Uber! We probably would have missed our flight and the first part of our honeymoon without his help, so we're extremely thankful to him for going out of his way. The only slight complaint is that for a group of adults some of the beds seem a bit smaller than we would have liked, but that information was clear in the listing before we booked. Overall this was a great stay and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a group vacation!
