Beautiful Villa with Pool, Pool Bar, Terraces & Wi-Fi

On the Canary Island of Fuerteventura, the dreamlike Villa Annunaki is situated in a quiet and idyllic residential area on the outskirts of the village Lajares.

Lajares has got 1500 inhabitants with 32 nationalities.



The villa, built at the foot of the volcano, extends across 250 m² of living space and offers a living and dining area separated by 2 steps, a huge and very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 of them with double beds and a third one with a double bed and a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a luxurious bathtub jacuzzi.



A separate guest house overlooks the swimming pool and comprises a room (one double bed +one single bed), another kitchen and a bathroom, which will allow you to be independant.



The villa can therefore accommodate 8 people.

Amenities also include Wi-Fi, DVD player, a soundbar and a smart TV. The internet is stable and works well, except in one of the bedrooms.



The absolute highlight is the outdoor area, where several sun terraces with loungers, a plancha and complete outdoor furniture to ensure you have a relaxing holiday.



For the children a baby bed and a high chair are available.

They can enjoy the play house in the garden.





The ultimate feature is the private pool with a pool bar, which invites you to cool off on hot summer days with an aperitif or a fruity cocktail.

An outdoor shower is also at your disposal.



A supermarket is 2.2 km or a 5-minute drive away and a selection of restaurants is 1.7 km away in the village of Lajares.

The accommodation is also an ideal starting point for unforgettable beach excursions. The beaches of Corralejo and El Cotillo are located 15 and 10 minutes on foot from the house.



Sports enthusiasts will be able to play tennis, surf, kite, windsurf, yoga, go biking, hiking, among others.

Property description inaccurate

The location was excellent and the property was generally impressive. However, we were unable to leave windows open at night for air circulation because of mosquitoes and there were no fans. Also, what is described as a third bedroom is a walkway between the second bedroom and main house. No privacy and there wasn’t even a clothes closet. The WiFi was inadequate and generally not available in the guest house. Bed linens could definitely use an upgrade for a property such as this.

Super Haus mit toller Poolbar ♥

Pros: Federica hat uns sehr nett empfangen und war jederzeit für uns zu erreichen.Vielen Dank dafür ♥ Das Haus großzügig und geräumig, tolles Hauptschlafzimmer und super Blick und gepflegtem Garten. Der Pool stets mit 26 Grad,2x wöchentlichem Reinigungsservice und einer ganz wunderbaren Poolbar, die richtig viel Spaß macht. Das Poolhaus bietet nochmal einen getrennten, eigenen Bereich und bietet Rückzugsmöglichkeiten z.B. für ein Paar. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir hatten erholsame 14 Tage in diesem tollen Haus und würden wieder buchen. Cons: Leider gab es nur 3 brauchbare Sonnenliegen, jedoch genug Platz, um kreativ zu werden. Ein Sonnensegel, um einen Schattenplatz zu schaffen, wäre optimal gewesen und 1-2 Schlüssel mehr, um unabhängiger zu sein. Aber auch dafür hat sich eine Lösung gefunden ☺.

Ruhiger, entspannter Aufenthalt

Pros: Wir waren zu zweit vom 17-24. September vor Ort. Unser Flieger landetet gegen 11 Uhr und wir konnten bereits um 12:30 unsere Koffer in der Villa abgeben und die Schlüssel entgegen nehmen. Uns wurden alle Räume gezeigt und erklärt. Außerdem konnten wir jederzeit Kontakt mit Federica aufnehmen, die uns vor Ort betreut hat. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. In der Villa ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Es fehlte uns dort wirklich an nichts. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich jedem empfehlen die einfach mal abschalten und genießen wollen. Etwa 2,5km entfernt ein Supermakt, wo man sich mit allem eindecken kann, um es sich gut gehen zu lassen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, sind erholt und entspannt wieder nach Hause geflogen.

Pros: Ordentlich und hochwertig eingerichtet. Sehr gute Aufteilung der Zimmer. Jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Türe zum Außenbereich. Der Service war hervorragend. Die Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert.

Great Christmas holiday, quiet and comfortable holiday home

It was a super house, we truly enjoyed it. Some elements good have been cleaner (like the oven)
