HonduCan Beach House. A beautiful beach house made from lumber located in Sambo Creek Atlántida Honduras. On the northern coastline overlooking the Cayos Cochinos islands. We offer daily Private tour to Cayos cochinos with guest staying with us, see the contact below.

HonduCan Beach House. Direction and location
Drive east of the City of La Ceiba towards Sambo Creek town. 1/2 km pass Sambo Creek you will see a sign on the Left side driving east. Mango Tree, Hotel Helen take the entrance and drive toward the beach drive to the end of the road. On the left hand side toward the beach there is our beach lumber house with a grey concrete fence.

Beautiful Beachfront Property

The house is beautiful and is fully stocked with everything you could need. The proximity to the beach is incredible. The only thing that would have made the stay better is if the shower had hot water but I know that is a luxury in many places, and considering hot how the weather was it really wasn’t necessary. Overall an amazing property in an amazing location.

Relaxing in Nature

Paradise Away from Home!

Home was gorgeous and clean! Staff was helpful in navigating me to get to the beach house. Felt safe and secure while on location, and amenities provided which was helpful. Beach is gorgeous! Will be back when I return to Honduras!

Amazing view!

The VIEW! You’re literally on the beach!! The house was beautiful decorated and the house has everything you need. Comfy beds and hot water showers. All around peaceful and beautiful.

Paradise Away from Home!

My stay was absolutely amazing and peaceful. The staff were wonderful. I had difficulty with locating the home, and staff came and showed me how to get there. The home was absolutely gorgeous, and secure. I will be back!

Caribbean perfection

This ocean front beach house was the perfect location for us to relax after several days of hiking in the rain forest. The interior was beautifully renovated with tile floors, high wood ceilings and mini split air conditioners that kept it nice and cool. The large ocean front porch was ideal for morning breakfast, and the mountains behind the house provided a gorgeous backdrop for swimming. There is approximately 30’ of beach before you get to the water and the property is surrounded by small farms and a few other beach houses. It feels very private and safe. The caretakers, Saira and Wilson were very attentive and helpful, helping us with our luggage and helping with any issues or questions we had. (They speak only Spanish). The property host, Jay, was excellent at communicating before and during our stay and arranged for us a private boat outing to the Cayos Cochinos which was amazing! The location is not near public transportation, so if you don’t have a car, you’ll need to arrange for transportation. The WiFi was also a little spotty.

Worth finding

I had some difficulty finding the house...because I'm not very tech savvy. Once we found the house everything was wonderful! Caretakers were very helpful, location and view were amazing. Close enough to the city, far enough away for peace and quiet...unless you consider the crashing of the waves to be a nuisance...lol
