This place was a great location and had easy access to the beach. The beach was private which was awesome so it was quiet. The rooms were great size and every room had a bathroom which was amazing. The only issue is sometimes we were missing things in the kitchen and the TV in the room we had was extremely small in the living room.

Not good for kids only adults. Usually don’t leave reviews but I need to for those with kids. Not a very kid friendly hotel. Even thought they mention all these restaurants they only actually only have 1 buffet opened the same every day and only opens at 12.30-2:30 so if you have kids that need to eat earlier, or snack in afternoon it’s frustrating. Long lines waiting for the buffet to open and long lines for hot fresh food during the small window. Everyone is on top of you grabbing food. Limited foods available. There is a 24 hour snack bar at the beach but just burgers/ hot dogs/ pizza/ fries that sit there in the sun all day. Again if you have small children, nothing for them to eat there, no fruit no nothing until buffet opens. They also have no kids pool like advertised. 2 are 4 foot+ and 1 small jacuzzi that is not on. (This is not a kids pool but advertised as a kids pool) Hotel is poorly maintained and very run down. Rooms are good. Sewer smell often all over. Staff is not really friendly. Don’t bother, go to a kids hotel if you have small children. Beach is perfect and the only reason this resort is running. Entertainment is good too but very late shows for the kids who need to go to bed early.

For the price I have no complaints with my stay. The staff were awesome. They helped us with every request we had. Graccie House was on a quiet street yet close to anything you could need. A 5 minute walk to the Malecon where we found some excellent restaurants. I would stay here again.
