When I was there the TV Did not work due to Internet issues They need black out shades because I was on the Frist floor and the lights from the Facility general area came into the room at night. Breakfast was average but come with the room.

The drink are not good they have no frozen drinks and the president beer draft is always hot. The food isn't all that good I had pastries every day with fruits every day. The special restaurant the only good one was the Mexican restaurant. I don't plan on ever returning there . The shows are good but they should have more merengue and bachata.

Staff was helpful and friendly. I preferred to the gym area to those in other resorts, it was not large but was sufficient for a vacation gym. Pools and ocean area were well maintained and staff was very attentive. If you're planning on leaving the resort in a taxi or uber, you'll need to notify the gate. It is kind of difficult to come and go freely without using the resort's services. The resort does offer plenty of services but, if you're a solo traveler and prefer to kind of do your own thing, just be aware of that.

Everything was great overall; only thing was there was no breakfast included which we had signed up for and paid for. It seemed like we stayed in a condo without room service etc. We didn't have our room cleaned or sheets changed or anything like that (not by choice). Apparently to get breakfast we had to order through some guy who would pick it up at a restaurant and then deliver it all for a fee and whatever the cost of the food is. One of our bathroom sinks was leaking heavily underneath. Coming from where we were prior though I can't complain. The pool was great, and the woman at reception was also wonderful.
