### SPECTACULAR VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL IN MONTGÓ, L'ESCALA

Detached house with private pool and capacity for 8 people. Located in Montgó with a large plot, ideal for lovers of the sea and the Mediterranean climate of l'Escala.   
  
You will love this house from the first moment. Its exterior is spacious, with a large pool that will allow you to cool off on the hottest days of summer. It is equipped with numerous outdoor furniture, so that you do not lack anything.   
  
At the level of the pool, we find the garage. It is equipped with a small kitchen, bathroom and shower so that you do not have to go up to the house when you are enjoying the pool area.   
  
The house is divided into two floors; on the ground floor, you will find a large covered terrace with a barbecue to enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones. Upon entering, we are greeted by the living-dining room with a fireplace, followed by the individual kitchen, which has access to the pool area. On the same floor, we will find 3 double bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and 1 guest toilet.   
  
On the upper floor is the spectacular suite, with a full bathroom. It will not leave anyone indifferent with the wonderful views it offers from its private terrace to Cala Illa Mateua.   
  
The house has all the necessary amenities for you to spend an unforgettable holiday! From parking inside the house, to a washing machine, dishwasher and countless utensils.   
  
You will love this holiday rental house if you are looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay, with family or friends, in l'Escala very close to the most beautiful coves on the Costa Brava. Don't miss the opportunity!
