It is an ideal accommodation for family holidays in l’Escala and the Costa Brava. Comfortable and practical house, fully equipped, with an excellent location that allows you to easily enjoy the town of l’Escala and its coves on foot. All rooms have exterior aspects. Sunny and brightly. Newly built detached house (2006) with 72 m2 and up for 4 people. Distribution: Ground floor: hall, multipurpose room, washing machine room and a bathroom with shower. First floor: kitchen, living and dining room with air conditioning and small terrace with an awning. Second floor: the 2 double bedrooms (double bed and bunk bed) and a bathroom with shower. Third floor: small room and terrace with views. Cooling: It does have air conditioning in the living room and it offers two ceiling fans, one in the living room and other on the master bedroom. It does not have a garatge. There is a public free parking area 500 metres away. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Location: Costabravaforrent Can Riera is located on the town of l’Escala, 170 meters from the beach and very close from all places of interest. Privileged location that allows you to enjoy a quiet holiday, next to the sea, the sand, the restaurants, the bay... in the middle of the heart of the Costa Brava. Don’t hesitate!
