We were there in March and the weather was really poor so had to have the heating on, there is an air/heat unit in the living room and one at the back of the apartment outside the two bedrooms and bathroom but not in the bedrooms, they had a couple of electric fires which we used to heat the bedrooms and there are also fans available for the warmer months. The one downside is the parking, although there is an underground garage it is only suitable if you have a small car, we have an Audi Q3 and it was impossible to get it into the garage, we tried but there is a pillar situated quite near the entrance and if you have a big car you cannot get round it so we had to park on the street which can be difficult at times as there are only a few available spaces outside the apartment block. On the positive side it is only a couple of minutes walk to the old town so really enjoyed being close to all L'Escala has to offer. Despite the few minor issues we really enjoyed our stay there and will definately return. Sam the agent was extremely helpful and responded really quickly via Whats Ap. ##### Josephine B.
