Propriétaire et nettoyage piscine rentrent sans demander. Vaisselle, lave- vaisselle, plaque de cuisson ... auraient besoin d'un coup de neuf. Piscine non bachée qui faut nettoyer tous les jours, que 2 transats + salon jardin en plastique bas de gamme. Sinon pièces spacieuses et on apprécie climatisation + jardin clos pour animaux. Secteur pas très vivant, il faut prendre la voiture pour presque tout.
