Beautiful cottage "Röshult". 6 km from the centre of Kyrkhult, 20 km from the centre of Olofström, 30 km from the centre of Karlshamn, 1.5 km from the lake, 2 km from the river, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 5'000 m2 with trees, meadow. Rowing boat. 800 m long very bumpy motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 20 km, bus stop 6.9 km, railway station "Karlshamn" 30 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 155 km, sandy beach 3 km, indoor swimming pool 20 km, lake Aborrasjön 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, fishing possibilities 1.5 km.
"Röshult", 3-room house 80 m2. Cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with winter garden with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 2 beds. Walk-through room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table and wood-burning stove. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

The perfect holiday home

A great holiday home in the south of Sweden. Very nice house that had everything we needed. Blinding curtains, mosquito netting for the windows, even an aircon. It was very clean. Furniture was nice and good quality. The owner... was very friendly and helpful. He is very well organized, he even has a recycling station on his barn. We will certainly come back in the future.

Das Objekt liegt mitten im Wald. Wer einfach mal abschalten will ist hier genau richtig. Bis zur Ostsee fährt man eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können es weiter empfehlen.

gemütliches Häuschen in ruhiger Waldlage

Wir hatten sehr komfortable und erholsame zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist abgeschieden und ruhig, man sieht und hört keine Nachbarn - für uns Großstadtmenschen eine tolle Entschleunigung. Direkt vor dem Haus ist ein weicher Rasen, auf dem man Ballspielen oder gemütlich sitzen kann. Im Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gibt mehrere schöne Sitz-und Liegeecken zum Chillen, zwei Fernsehgeräte und gutes W-LAN. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der besitzer wollte Strom noch...

Der besitzer wollte Strom noch extra kassieren.Er hätte nicht gewußt, dass im Sommer der Strom incl. wäre.Die Rasenfläche vor der Terasse war nicht mehr vorhanden sondern durch Kies ersetzt mit kleinen Betonpfeilern da er das Haus erweitern will.Der Rest war wie angegeben.
