The hotel was great - the room was of a good size, and (importantly for us) had a room safe. Location was a stone’s throw from the rail station, so super handy to get to & from other places… Aeon Mall for shopping just a few minutes away on foot; also there is a convenience store built into hotel! ...

Miyako Hotel Kyoto Hachijo
The room was spacious (we got upgraded, which was a plus!) wonderful shower, and the blackout curtains were great. The beds were a little more firm than I’m used to, but overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Nohga Hotel Kiyomizu Kyoto
They don’t have spa…. The massage service is only offered in the room, which may not be ideal for guests traveling with children. It’s difficult to fully relax and enjoy the experience without a dedicated spa or massage are
