I have study the hotel.com website and Hinzan’s website to make sure the room is suitable for my long style . And, I’ve confirmed with Hinzan two times that bathtub is available in the room . (Studio suite have bathtub) However , I was assigned in a small room which is called penhouse suite which is smaller and without bathtub. Hinzan said the mistake was made by hotel.com.
