NEW FOR 2025 SEASON!!! We have just completed a major refresh for the 2025 season! New paint & carpeting. New beds, endtables, dining table & chairs and new barstools all in a cool coastal vibe! New quilts and pillows for all the beds. Artwork through out the house. We know you're going to love it!! Welcome to our beach home- Breath of Heaven! This is a 4 bed, 3.5 bath home that sleeps 10 and has room for 6 cars! We are only a short 3-minute walk to the beach, which is right across the street. Walk into the open floor plan: large living room with sectional seating and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Proceed into the dining area, with seating for 6 at the table and 4 more at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to make a great seafood dinner with our local catch! There is a Keurig Duo coffee maker for your enjoyment. Plenty of counterspace. Next to it is the laundry area with a full size washer and dryer and a half bath. Step outside onto a private porch amid the Live Oak trees. Also, downstairs is the first of two primary suites. It has a king-size bed and TV as well as a spacious bathroom with dual sinks, large tub and separate stall shower. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms and two full baths. The second primary suite has a queen bed and its own ensuite with a jetted tub and shower.The upstairs porch off the master has a greatt view of the ocean. Grab a cold drink and sit out enjoying the view and sounds of the waves! The third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has bunk beds with a full on the bottom and twin on top. There is also a roll away twin bed if needed. Parking is a breeze, with plenty of space for up to six cars in the 2-car garage and wide driveway. Store your beach gear, golf cart, and bikes in the garage. The beach access is across the street, a 3-minute walk. In the back yard is a park style charcoal grill to cook up those burgers & steaks! We are a little island but with lots of fun things to do: the NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher Civil War museum, two boardwalks, two fishing piers, Britts Donuts (an institution since 1939), Squiggly's Ice Cream Shop, and Freeman Park - where you can drive out and camp right on the beach! We offer free live bands, carnival rides, and fireworks during the summer and of course have some delicious seafood restaurants. What more could you want! You can book your reservation right from our website or, if you prefer, give us a call, and we'll be glad to help make your vacation a special one. Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM This is a no smoking, no pets property. This property was exceptional. Above and beyond what I even hoped for. It was extremely affordable, moreso than other properties available for our dates, which was shocking because it is absolutely beautiful. It was homey, spacious, and SO clean. We had twins who are going on 2 years old, a 9 year old, and three adults. This was the perfect space to spread out, run around, and make family memories. The fenced in upper-story deck from the kitchen was a beautiful area to spend time and allow the kids to run around without worry. The walk to the beach was maybe 2 minutes-crazy easy, even with toddlers. Many rooms, and the living room, had Roku TVs which was a huge plus for our family. AC and heat are also important to us and both worked perfectly for us! There is a door to the front porch from the master, as well as a door to a deck from an upstairs queen master room. If you are considering this space for a trip, it is PERFECT, even if you have kids with you. We could have easily had 4 more people with us and and still enough sleep space/living space. And the customer service/quick responses from property management are an easy 10/10\. I don’t have a single suggestion or complaint. Great family rental house, whoever as you read in reviews, handles on drawers and doors were still broken , toilet seat I the combined room, no tv in the room with bunk beds, linen wasn’t the greatest and we had to pay for it, due to least than a week stay, hard wash rags, spots on some of the towels and sheets kept coming on the beds while sleeping. Also something wrong with Keurig. Good thing my Mother brought her instant coffee. Overall great stay ! We would stay again if we come back to this area. ##### Angela H.
