We were given a room and paid one night by credit card. The next day a staff member said we had an online booking and we needed to pay more. I reminded the hotel that we had informed them the day before about this and he agreed to give us the room for less than the Expedia rate. Next to a nice temple and overall central location...however reception staff do not speak English, one evening and morning we had no hot water and overall very poor standard of cleaning (dirty (looking) carpets, poorly cleaner bathrooms in corners and other more difficult to reach areas) and overall tired and worn out look of room. Bed was clean.
