- Please observe posted community speed limits. Any HOA-issued speeding fines may be passed along to the guest.
- Rental forms and/or guest registration may be required by the HOA prior to arrival.
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Propane for the grill and fire pit is not guaranteed. If tanks are empty, guests may refill or replace the existing tank and submit a receipt for reimbursement.
