Kharkiv Palace Hotel
They are being bombed so don't know what its really like, but i oaid a lot to stay in a gotel where it was hard to get intk parking, find the person to check in and most of the facilities where closed. Should have been half the price i paid.

I was in Kharkiv at a time when missile strikes were a regular occurrence and still the property was well maintained and comfortable.
