Very dirty and I woke up the first night at 2 am covered in ants. I want to the reception and they sent a guy with a can of bug spray. He sprayed all over the room with us in there (yes enclosed space with bug spree) and then wanted to leave usin this room, even though he was coughing and retching because of the bug spray, i had to explain to him that it was unacceptable. They ended moving us to the room next door. I was so exhausted that i just went straight to bed. When we aksed for some kind of compensation the next day, they wouldn't ear a thing and didn't care at all about the horrible experience of the previous night. It is quite near (walkable distance) to plenty shopping centres (e.g. Lot10, Low Yat Plaza etc.). Car parking is available outside the hotel but not much parking lots. For the price paid, I have to say the stay was acceptable. Basically, a hotel room with basic necessities you require but don't expect much. Good enough for travellers who will be out the whole day and only come back to the room for a night's sleep. The only major problem is the wifi which either takes to long to connect or the signal is terrible.
