No lights outside of bed/washroom, so the entire entrance to the room, living room was all in dark after sunset. 2\. No phone to reach reception in room, so we had to go down to ask for fixing the lights 3\. No one came to fix the lights at all. 4\. Cockroaches in the washroom 5\.
