The service is discrete, but excellent. Breakfast was fine - typical of hotels. The main problem for us was that there was no fridge in the room. Also the air-con could have been quieter. We would stay here again. ##### Anthony ### 8/10 Good #### Ms.m, Japan May 5, 2016 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort #### KLセントラル駅に近くて便利 夜２０時にチェックインし翌朝８時半にチェックアウトしたので、長時間滞在ではなかったですが思ったより綺麗で快適でした。チェックイン時にデポジットRM100の支払いが必要です。何もなければチェックアウト時にかえってきます。WiFiは部屋でも使えます。接続もまあまあ。アメニティはシャンプーと石鹸のみ、歯ブラシがなく慌ててコンビニで調達しました。ティッシュペーパーもなかったですが想定内のため問題なしです。ドライヤーもフロントに言えば無料で貸してくれます。トイレはタンクに水がたまるのが非常に遅いので注意です。１回流したら次は相当待たないと流れません。フロントの方はこちらの言いたいことが通じるまで根気よく質問やお願いに対応してくれ、とても感じがよかったです。インド系と中国系のお兄さんでした。朝食は種類は少ないけど味はまあまあ。４０００円弱で宿泊しましたが、値段相応だったと思います。ビジネスホテルという感じですがドアボーイの方も熱心にドアの開け閉めをしていて好感がもてました。短期ステイならこのホテルで充分だと思います。こちらのレビューで見た”チェックアウト時の部屋の確認”というのは私はなく、時間がかかることなくチェックアウトできました。 ##### Ms.m ### 8/10 Good #### Roberto, Lima-Peru May 3, 2016 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Nice hotel close to train station Going to KLCC, Putrajaya, airport or any other he location, just two blocks from the Sentral K.L. was just excellent.
