The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is clean and lovely. This place has a traditional tropical feel. It's a bit of a walk to Ao Nang beach but we enjoyed the exercise and the walk. Its right on the road and was a little noisy especially with all the motorbikes. I'd probably not worry about the breakfast next time - was pretty average especially as there are so many good and cheap pancake and fruit stalls nearby. Nivel aceptable de inglés de todas las recepcionistas. Habíamos reservado una habitación con camas separadas y sin desayuno (aunque somos pareja) porque era más económica. Inmediatamente nos ofrecieron la matrimonial pues la tenían disponible e insistieron en que la tomáramos. El lugar en sí es muy tranquilo. Son solo 10 habitaciones en total y una piscina. Queda a un par de minutos caminando de la avenida principal y a 15 de la zona de los restaurantes. Para nosotros no fue problema dado que no queríamos caminar y teníamos presupuestado gastar en taxi o tuc tuc (100-150 baths). La habitación súper grande, buen aire acondicionado. Linda sala de baño. Personal agradable. Desayuno americano que te preparaban especialmente. Wish we could have stayed longer. Cha Wan was a one nighter as Id missed the ferry to phi phi and this resort was recommended as being one of the more authentic. That it was. Picturesque villas set into a hilly nicely landscaped terrain around an appealing pool. It's not beachfront resort but a 10 minute walk down the hill to the beach and shops. Didnt have the corporate feel but more of a family style of operation which I liked. Cannot fault the staff in any way. Breakfast possibly a little too much food, all very good. Pool fairly small but large enough for a small 10 room hotel, with plenty of sunloungers and he's the sun all day. Located just 5 mins stroll from the busy centre of Ao Nang, but with great restaurants just 100m away!! The suite was superb.. Spacious and private. It's a quiet, quaint place within walking distance of the beach. The staff were extremely polite, efficient and prompt. We hired a scooty from the resort at a very reasonable price as well. Breakfast buffet is small but satisfying. Would definitely be going back next time we're in Krabi. It was large and had a private balcony. The en suite was very good with a separate toilet. The bed was fine and the decor delightful. We stayed just the one night and ate in the restaurant. It was not good and both of us left much of our meal. Likewise breakfast was fairly poor. That said, the excellent staff served us in our room to help us leave early and maybe it might have been better had we used the restaurant at a later hour.
