Location is very central. Walking distance from everything in KK (gaya street, waterfront, filipino market, jetty). Rooms are recently refurbished. It's quiet at night and comfortable. And on top of that the owner is very nice. The city however, is not attractive and very dirty with rubbish in most places. Unless you must go to KK, I would recommend going directly to your destination, fx flying/driving to Sandakan/Sepilok.
