Room smelled when we got to the room. Think it’s from the ac. Went down and asked for extra pillows and staff said they couldn’t give out extra pillows.

Walked in the room and walked out
Room had roaches and mice walking around
Blanket looked dirty
The room had an awful smell
The worker offer another room but it was the same
