The farm stay is just an 11-minute drive from the town of Daylesford, where you can explore attractions like Sault Restaurant, Cliffy's Emporium, and the Daylesford Sunday Market. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for your use. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please take note that this tiny house is an off-grid unit that runs on solar energy. We advise guests to conserve energy during the day and only use it when necessary. Overall, minimal consumption is advised to prevent power outages when using solar power. As an added note, we also have a second tiny home called "The Perch" available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the property and the surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence, sheds, and paddocks where livestock are grazing. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, it’s close to mineral springs, truffle farms, wineries, and more. If you are looking to travel outside of town, this property is conveniently located just a one-hour drive away from Melbourne. In addition, it is only an 11-minute drive from Daylesford, where you can enjoy attractions such as Sault Restaurant Daylesford, Cliffy's Emporium, and Daylesford Sunday Market. Getting Around: By car: 15 min drive from the Freeway. Just located on the main road to Daylesford 1 hr 20 min drive from Melbourne, nearest city 10 min drive to Daylesford, nearest town 30 min drive to Ballarat, nearest attraction By public transport: 15 min from Ballan train station. Communication was poor throughout - we received no booking confirmation until I chased it up, and only found out one hour before check-in that the heater was broken, during a freezing weekend. We were offered no suitable alternative or support.To make matters worse, we paid 300 for one night, only to see the same night listed online for 100 (so they hadn;t even blocked out our stay, causing stress we weren't booked in). The property wasn’t as described, and customer service after the stay was appalling - slow responses, repeated spam-like messages, and an unwillingness to offer a fair resolution.The resolution offered didn't come close to making up for a uncomfortably cold, sleepless night and poor treatment. We’ve stayed in several tiny homes before - this was by far the worst value and most frustrating experience. ##### Katie C.
