Also located on the charming Döbelestraße, right in the heart of Konstanz’s Old Town, our Old Town Loft awaits you—a unique vacation rental with an open-concept layout and a touch of urban flair. Nestled in a classic Old Town building with high ceilings, this spacious, stylishly designed space harmoniously blends living, sleeping, and leisure.

The loft is designed as one large, open space and features a separate bathroom. A special highlight is the second level within the space: a cozy retreat that you can use flexibly—whether as an additional sleeping area or as a cozy nook for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine.

The spacious kitchen-living area with a dining area forms the heart of the apartment. It invites you to linger, cook, and enjoy yourself and is equipped with high-quality, well-thought-out appliances: an oven, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and much more are at your disposal here. Of course, a hair dryer is also provided here.

Just like the Altstadt Atelier, the location is hard to beat: Situated right next to the Döbele parking lot, you’re surrounded by the vibrant life of the Old Town. Restaurants, cafés, and small shops characterize the lively area. In the spring and fall, things get especially colourful when the Döbele Fair takes place—a traditional event with a dynamic all its own.
