This brand new villa offers breathtaking sea views, mesmerizing sunsets, and a serene escape. Featuring a fusion of mid-century and Mediterranean styles, Villa Sol ensures a stylish and comfortable stay. Enjoy a private heated pool, gym, office space, and a short walk to Cavtat’s quaint city center and nearby beaches.  
  
Villa Sol, a freshly built gem spans three floors and a garden area extending over 500m². The garden features a heated pool (4.5m x 8.5m, 1.5m deep), a lounge area, sunbeds, a dining area, and stunning sea views.  
  
The ground floor offers a spacious living room with a large opening overlooking the garden, landscape, and sea. Despite having a television, you'll likely find yourself captivated by the view outside. The open floor concept provides a luxurious feel, with a kitchen full of light and equipped with all the amenities you need, from cooking equipment to a dishwasher, stove, minibar, and coffee machine. The kitchen seamlessly connects to both the indoor dining table and the outdoor dining area on the terrace, surrounded by greenery. This floor also features a kids' corner and a toilet with washing and drying machines.  
  
The first floor, with direct access from the parking lot, has two bedrooms with private bathrooms, separated by an office space. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the other has two single beds, which are possible to connect. Each room opens to a balcony overlooking the sea and surrounding landscape.  
  
The second floor also has two bedrooms with private bathrooms, divided by a well-equipped gym where private yoga classes or personal training can be arranged. For a truly relaxing experience, guests can also order massages in the villa. Same as on the first floor, one bedroom has a king-size bed and the other one has two single beds. This floor boasts the best views, with majestic sunsets that are simply unforgettable.  
  
Explore the natural beauty of the Konavle region, take a boat ride to Dubrovnik’s historic harbor, or swim in the clean blue sea. Perfect for longer stays.  
  
Situated in a quiet area close to the old town of Cavtat and just a 30-minute drive to Dubrovnik's old center, Villa Sol is surrounded by lush greenery and offers beautiful sea views. Beaches and bars are just a 5-minute walk from the villa. The area boasts a variety of beaches, from pebble to rocky, large and small. Explore the area by renting a kayak, jet ski, yacht, fishing tour, or boat excursion. If you prefer hiking, there are plenty of options for that too.
