The inviting home offers two beautifully decorated bedrooms. One room is equipped with a comfortable double bed, the other with a pull-out bed, perfect for two adults, as well as a single bed for additional comfort. This arrangement accommodates four adults and one child. The bright and functional kitchen with dining area gives you a panoramic view over the water, while the cozy living room invites you to relax with an inviting sofa corner, TV and an atmospheric wood-burning stove. The bright bathroom with walk-in shower completes the amenities. The house is characterized by simple and homely furnishings, complemented by cozy wooden furniture and inviting corners that create a warm atmosphere. Of course, modern necessities such as internet and a practical dishwasher have also been thought of. There are no TV channels in the house but Chromecast, so you can watch the programs you subscribe to



Outside, an enchanting wooden terrace awaits along the water side of the house, equipped with comfortable garden furniture. This oasis will be the perfect place to drink your morning coffee, immerse yourself in the newspaper and let your thoughts flow. During the summer you can also enjoy the garden furniture on the private beach and have your very own jetty. The water here is extremely child-friendly with a low water level that extends far out and is typically calm, creating the ideal conditions for kayaking or SUP/paddle boarding - or just a refreshing dip.



This wonderful location also opens up a world of experiences in the area. Visit the impressive Kolding Storcenter, explore the history at Koldinghus, go on a challenging Bridgewalking, or experience the breathtaking nature in Marielundskoven. If you fancy a fun family outing, LEGOLAND in Billund is only a 45-minute drive away.
