An occupancy beyond this number of persons is not possible. Due to the structural conditions (stairs over several floors), the object for toddlers is only partially suitable. You book a generously furnished holiday home in which you will feel very comfortable. The house has four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower downstairs, shower and bath in the 1st and shower in the 2nd. Floor. In addition, there is a shower in the sauna. Each bedroom has ample storage space for your luggage and a sitting area with table. The comfortably furnished living room with large seating area and TV is located in the 1\. Floor. The fully equipped and also very spacious kitchen with dining area is located on the ground floor. From the kitchen, the living room and two bedrooms you have a beautiful view of the valley. The south facing allows full sunshine with great sunsets. The house is very quiet in a dead end and also in the immediate vicinity there are no other roads. In Klingenthal you can find various shops and restaurants. Directly at the house you can start walking or cycling excursion. The ski center in Bublava in the Czech Republic can only be reached by car in 5 minutes. The entrance to the Kammloipe for cross-country skiing in winter and cycling in summer can be reached in a few minutes by car. The location is not only an ideal starting point for hikes, skiing and cycling tours but also for visits to attractions in the area. In the valley by car about ten minutes away is the Vogtland Arena with one of the most modern ski jumps worldwide. With the Erlebnisbahn located there takes you to the start of the jump tower and enjoy a breathtaking view. Also ten minutes away by car you can reach the summer toboggan run. Other attractions in the area. These include the "Schneckenstein" as freestanding Topasfelsen and the Besucherberkwerk in the immediate vicinity. Auch die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und es gibt ausreichend Stauraum.Die Duschen in den Bädern sind neu gestaltet und in der Sauna kann man gut entspannen. Es gibt dort auch einen Duschbereich mit eiskalter Schwalldusche.Die Lage des Hauses ist toll. Wir waren zwei Familien und hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub. Das Haus ist super ruhig gelegen und es gibt genug Platz um sich auch mal zurück zu ziehen. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön und die Umgebung sehr abwechslungsreich. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und super nett. Auch wenn es keinen Schnee gab, haben wir die Umgebung genießen können. Das Haus selbst bietet sehr viel Platz, ist bestens ausgestattet und jeder hat die Möglichkeit, sich bei Bedarf zurück zu ziehen. Auch die drei Bäder sind sehr gut, auch wenn sie auf den Etagen verteilt sind und die Sauna ist natürlich gut zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist sehr schön mit einem tollen Blick ins Tal und auf die umliegenden Berge; Natur pur! Das sehr saubere Haus ist gut geschnitten, so dass alle auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten hatten; die Betten sind sehr gemütlich, die Ausstattung wirklich gut (von Gläserauswahl über gute Messer alles da in der Küche) - vor allem die Sauna hat uns auch sehr gefreut. Die Lage ist fantastisch mit weiter Sicht übers Land und es gibt viel zu entdecken für Ausflüge. Herr Schmidt ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. In dem groß(zügig)en Haus fehlt es an nichts. Wir haben uns alle rundum wohl gefühlt. Ein Traum ist natürlich die Terrasse mit dem einmaligen Panoramablick. Die Zimmer verteilen sich auf 3 Ebenen, was viele Treppen zur Folge hat (auch der Eingang ist nur über Treppen zu erreichen). Das sollte in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden. Das FH war sehr Sauber und ist sehr gut Eingerichtet. Hat man mal ein Problem wird Dieses sofort Geklärt. Jun 20, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Super Ferienhaus - wirklich garnichts zu beanstanden Wir fanden das Haus perfekt für unsere Wanderwoche mit vier Pärchen. Es liegt am Hang mit einem herrlichen Blick ins Tal, den man beim Grillen im Garten genießen kann. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist großartig: Vier recht ähnliche und damit fair zu verteilende Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, genügend Bäder mit Dusche und eine großzügige Küche/Esszimmer mit großem Tisch, der ideal war für Spieleabende, sodass wir die riesige Eckcouch im Wohnzimmer schlussendlich gar nicht genutzt haben. Man kann von dort aus loswandern (z.B. den Aschberg hoch und direkt über die tschechische Grenze oder um Klingenthal herum) oder ist in etwa 45 Minuten mit dem Auto in schönen tschechischen Orten, wie z.B. Loket oder Karlsbad, von wo aus auch schöne Wanderrouten starten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Besitzer sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend und telefonisch immer ansprechbar. Die große Küche mit dem Tisch läd zu gemeinsamen Kochen und Speisen ein. Das Wohnzimmer konnte für das Champions-League Finale genutzt werden und bei etwas schlechterem Wetter steht die Sauna zur Entspannung bereit.
