While we are committed to elevating your stay experience with our ongoing improvements, there may be slight differences between the listing photos and the home`s appearance upon your arrival. However, we assure you that we will strive to keep any disturbances to a minimum and ensure all featured amenities are fully accessible for your use.

1. No shoes to be worn inside the home.
2. No Parties or Events. There is a $500 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
3. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. - 7 a.m.
4. No smoking on the property, including outside. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $ 500 fine.
5. Respect neighbours by keeping noise levels low, especially during quiet hours.
6. Only registered guests are allowed; A surcharge of $200 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests.
7. Pet fees are $50 per pet, per night, and must be paid immediately after the reservation is confirmed. A payment request will be sent out. If you have a second pet, an additional fee will apply and will be billed to you separately.
8. Illegal substances and activities are strictly prohibited.

10. Limited starter supplies are provided; plan accordingly for longer stays.
11. One bath towel per guest provided; plan ahead for additional towels.
12. Leave the home as you found it; a minimum $500 fee for additional cleaning.
13. Garbage and recycling disposal in the garage.
14. No unplugging of electronics like TVs, wifi, cameras.
15. There is a $500 security deposit held on your card for incidental damages such as smoking or any damage to property, or late checkouts
16. Guests must accurately book for the number of individuals staying at the property. There`s a charge additional fee per guest per night for each guest beyond the initial 4 guests.
17. Late check-out fee $50 per hr. for each hr late.
