This charming 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa is nestled on a spacious, beautifully landscaped plot in the gated community of Trafalgar Village, just 10 minutes from the Disney attractions and moments from the vibrant US 192\. Inside, you'll find a generous master suite with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom, along with a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, each with adjacent bathrooms. The seating area is furnished with comfortable sofas and features a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, and cable. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for home cooking, with a high-top table that seats eight. A separate utility room includes a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron, and an additional family bathroom provides added convenience. The garage has been converted into a game room, complete with a foosball table, pool table, and dartboard. Outside, the screened-in pool and jacuzzi offer a relaxing retreat, with a sunbathing deck, loungers, and a shaded lanai area with a small patio table and chairs.
