The positives, front desk staff were awesome, so friendly. Room was clean, a nice size, comfortable bed, nice size fridge and freezer and the A/C worked very well for some hot days we were there. Location is great with lots of restaurants, shopping and gas stations near by.
The negatives, we were on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. Breakfast was not great. Very limited selection and eggs were cold the first day. Suggesting a garden view on the website from the rooms is quite a stretch.

Unfortunately, our stay was pretty disappointing. The breakfast was overcooked and not very enjoyable. The hot tub was out of order, and the pool was poorly maintained. Our room was on the second floor, and the AC barely worked. We noticed the third floor was even worse, while the main floor seemed to be the only area that was actually cool. On top of that, the vending machines were not working. Overall, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that made the stay less comfortable than expected.

I think it was a very nice hotel. I do have one complaint, though the parking ramps speed bump scraped the entire underneath of my car and looking at it. It’s scraped a lot of people’s cars. I was scared it did damage so that needs to be addressed or we won’t be coming back to that hotel.
