Hotel demanded a £25 deposit from my engineer, he only had cash which they refused to take saying card only, I asked them if they could use the card details it was booked with and they refused, we asked to speak to the manager and they refused saying this was not allowed, My engineer was 600 miles away from home and they didnt want to help one bit. I had to book another hotel down the road for my engineer at extra cost,
