The kitchen is very well equipped including nice sharp knives. The layout is very good with a toilet upstairs as well as downstairs bathroom and nice big kichen. There are lovely tasteful fabrics and pottery around, bathrobes and plenty of good quality soap, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets supplied. Kingussie is well placed for a multitude of activities. We used the cottage as a base from which to cycle around the area. What a beautiful place to be. The cottage was stylish, clean and cosy with plenty of space to chill. Grace, the cottage owner took the stress out of a tricky situation at the end of the week when I left my keys - she sent them to me without any hassle. Langside is ideally located on the edge of the village with good walks all around. The cottage has everything you need for your stay. The village has one of Scotland's best eateries in 'The Cross', great food but some may say a bit pricey but well worth it. The butchers in the village is very good if you want to cook for yourself and if you do not want to cook, the village also has two chip shops and a Chinese takeaway plus several pubs and hotels which also do food. ##### Richard
