"The pool and hot tub were a big hit for our family! The staff was amazing. I traveled solo with my 3 kids and at 9pm at night I realized that I forgot pull-ups for my youngest. After calling Jennifer at the front hoping they had some pull-ups, she was so kind and sent her husband to Walmart for me! I couldn’t thank her enough and was blown away by her kindness and generosity. She didn’t even think twice before insisting that her husband run to Walmart for me so I didn’t have to pack up my kids that late. "

"Room was immaculately clean, spacious, with comfortable beds. Tastefully decorated with antiques, fitting for a 100+ year old historic hotel. There is no elevator, so be prepared to carry you luggage up one flight of stairs."
