Nestled within a historic, 200-year-old farm, this beautifully renovated retreat is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just moments from the South West Coastal Path, making it a fantastic base for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. This apartment features a bright and airy open-plan living space, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and a compact utility room with a washing machine and dryer. While there is no kettle, a convenient Quooker boiling tap is available for making hot drinks in no time. The spacious bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and large fitted wardrobes, complemented by an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Step outside to the front patio area to relax and soak up the beautiful Devonshire sunshine. Whether you seek relaxation, adventure, or a romantic getaway, this apartment serves as a luxurious and comfortable base for your stay. Enjoy breathtaking walks to nearby Soar Mill Cove, Salcombe, Bolberry, and Hope Cove or simply unwind in the beautifully designed interiors. With on-site parking for one vehicle and the unique charm of the surrounding landscape, this retreat is the ideal spot for coastal walks or peaceful days at the beach.
