Featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this dog friendly holiday let is perfect for families or couples. Just 10 minutes from the beautiful Brancaster Beach and close to popular spots like Holkham, Wells-next-the-Sea, and Blakeney, this charming retreat is the ideal base for your next Norfolk holiday! The Space: The cosy lounge has a wood burner, smart TV, and charming brickwork and beams, plus a selection of board games and books. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, and bean-to-cup coffee machine. It has all necessary cookware, plus a high chair, travel cot, and stair gate for families. The Old Post Office offers three bedrooms: two doubles (one in a converted attic) and one twin. Please note the attic stairs are steep and narrow. Two family bathrooms—one with a walk-in rainfall shower and one with a bath. Fresh towels are provided. Guest Access: Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. Please note the stairs leading up to the attic bedroom are very steep and narrow and may not be suitable for elderly guests or those who have mobility issues. Pro’s; Plentiful hot water, very comfy beds, good quality linens and towels, quick wi-fi, well equipped kitchen, comfy seating, location to areas of interest, well stocked local shop.Con’s; Situated on a very busy road and junction, stairs to attic bedroom a lot steeper and narrower than anticipated from the description, the skylight blinds didn’t close, no locks on bathroom doors, very wobbly toilet seats and taps, kitchen window handle broken, no parking, the outside of the property was very untidy with some very big weeds and dirty windows and paintwork, the front door latch didn’t engage properly and required some attention.Also to note that was that the Rooks were nesting in the trees opposite and were very active at around 9pm and 4.30am!
