Enjoy a wander around the village to admire the historic buildings and potter around the shops. The village has two friendly pubs, along with restaurants and takeaways. For those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, the remote Snettisham Beach (5 miles) is a must for the itinerary. Here, you can enjoy a peaceful walk along the shingle shoreline, before exploring the wildlife haven of RSPB Snettisham. For a more traditional day at the seaside, the Victorian resort of Hunstanton is 8 miles along the coast. Here, you can also join the long-distance Norfolk Coast Path. Nearby attractions include Castle Rising and Norfolk Lavender, all within 5 miles. The Royal Sandringham Estate is within walking distance.


The cottage is decorated in a contemporary style, with a calming colour palette and sleek furniture. After a day of adventure, sink into the sumptuous sofa in the lounge to watch the TV or read a few pages of your holiday book. A sliding door leads from the lounge to the stylish, open-plan kitchen/diner, (please note the small step up to the kitchen) where you’ll find everything needed to whip up a hearty dinner for the group. In the corner is a dining table with bench-style seating for sharing mealtimes together. A refreshing shower room completes the ground floor. Upstairs, two inviting double bedrooms await with relaxing decor for a good night’s sleep.


A door from the kitchen/diner leads to the enclosed rear garden. This space boasts an array of mature plants and pretty flowers, along with two patio areas for al fresco dining. There’s also a lawn for outdoor games and a shed to store your bikes in. The cottage has on-street parking. Alternatively, parking can be arranged at the owner’s business, 50 metres away.
