Located directly on Table Rock Lake, our 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home has everything to make your vacation perfect. As you enter our main floor, you will find our open living room, dining room and kitchen area. We have supplied everything you need to cook those perfect meals together as a family. Take a look at the lake directly behind the house as you cook in the kitchen. If you are bringing lots of groceries, we have 2 more refrigerators- a second in the garage, and a third one downstairs in the wet bar area!!

Our main floor also offers a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and king bedroom and bathroom. No stairs required to access these bedrooms.

Retreat to the basement for a second living space, queen bedroom, double queen bedroom, and bathroom.

Our second living room is the perfect place to hang out, watch movies, and play a game of pool. You will love the newly added 75 inch TV to watch your favorite games. The wet bar area makes as a perfect gathering space!! If you would like more games, we have converted our garage into our game room with pingpong and foosball. Also enjoy the TV in the garage area if you would like to bring a game console for the kids. If you are looking for more sleeping areas, we have supplied 3 roll away beds and a pull out chair bed for extra sleeping.

All or our bedrooms and living rooms on both levels have sliding glass doors with access to the deck or lower level to enjoy a gorgeous lake front view of Table Rock Lake.

Have dinner out on the deck taking in the outdoor scenery. We offer a propane Weber grill to cook up some barbecue yumminess! We also have 2 outdoor ceiling fans to keep you cool.

Swim, fish, paddle board, canoe, kayak and boat all right behind the house. Relax in the Hot Tub or hang out at the outdoor bar!! We provide paddle boards, a canoe, and a kayak. We also have a large outdoor firepit area for you to enjoy a campfire:) Drop your boat into Table Rock Lake right next door!

*We do not have a boat slip but there is room to park your boat in the driveway. There are also many marinas nearby where you can rent a slip. We usually recommend The Port Of Kimberling City Marina-What's up Dock.

*There are 2 more wonderful drop ins within 5 miles of our property.

*Please note that the beautiful Table Rock Lake is a rocky shoreline. We recommend water shoes. The walk back up to the house from the lake can be strenuous for individuals with mobility issues.

*All bedrooms and living rooms are equipped with TV's. Cable TV is provided to all of the TV's in the house. We have recently added a 65 inch TV to the main floor living room that is a smart TV. You are able to login to your Netflix and other apps to watch TV.

**Pets CONSIDERED. We are only dog friendly, but must be agreed on prior to booking, so please ASK FIRST about bringing your dog along BEFORE BOOKING! DO NOT INSTANT BOOK WITHOUT DISCUSSING YOUR PET IN DETAIL WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS!!! We consider SMALL TO MEDIUM, ADULT, LOW SHEDDING dogs. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, leashed and picked up after outside. There is a $35 per night non refundable pet fee.

This home provided many ways to enjoy the lake without actually having a boat. The house is full of stuff to use for cooking and taking care of basic needs. Definitely dog friendly if you need a place to let your dog feel at home.

quiet but FUN family weekend
We were looking for a quick weekend away after a busy few months, and this lake house did not disappoint. The home is in a quiet cove on lake, great for fishing and kayaking, and not too close to other neighbors despite being in a popular area. Our visit was during a cold spell, but we still had plenty of things to do at the property between the hot tub, ping pong and pool tables, and other games. The home and kitchen were well appointed, which made family meals a pleasure. Despite the remote feel of the house, we were also able to easily enjoy local attractions such as Silver Dollar City and the Butterfly Ranch. This really was the perfect house for a family vacation where some days required relaxing and other days needed a bit more adventure.

Family Time Together
Our family of 6 - Dad Mom and 4 kids aged 23 to 19 had a fantastic time at this house. We stayed the 2nd week of March so weather was a teeter totter but with so many things to do indoors we didn't mind the chilly days. Kids loved the hot tub which was clean and fully functional. The drive to the grocery store was easy - but make a list - as it's a bit too far to realize you forgot something. Drive to Branson was about 30 mins. We went over 3 times. For nearby dining we ate at Ma's Place in Kimberling City and it was super yummy food - atmosphere was basic. I recommend bringing beach towels as the bath towels are not good for hot tub or lake action. Communication with the owner was easy and helpful. Book it now - you will be happy you did!

While the temps neared 100 we took advantage of the lake with our 3 children. From paddle boarding to kayaking we were able to not only cool off but enjoy nature.

You could tell the owners loved the property and worked hard on it! Very homey and. Comfortable. Lots of tvs for everyone to chill in their own space. Hot tub was clean and working well. Great house for our family!
The property was very well furnished with everything we needed. There was ample room for all of us to be together and have privacy when needed. Plenty for the kids to do and keep them entertained. It was a bit rocky for the little ones but we figured out how to make it work. I would definitely recommend for a family with older kids or a couples retreat.

Great space for the family
We enjoyed our stay very much. Lots of things for the kids to do and the lake is right there. The upstairs has two bedrooms and two bathrooms on opposite sides of the home. Downstairs was where the bigger family stayed with plenty of room and a small refrigerator. West Branson is about a 15 min drive.

This is an awesome property! There was so much to do at the house that my kids were always busy and never bored. We loved the kayak/canoe and the ping pong table. The beds were comfy and it was the perfect amount of space for us. We loved the location because of the lake and also how secluded we were.

Beautiful house right on the water!
We had a great time at the house and really enjoyed all the amenities the house had to offer. It was colder for our visit, so really enjoyed the hot tub and the games in the garage! This house has everything you would need and can’t wait to return when it is warmer to use the lake! Also the owner was great at communicating due to some bad weather that delayed our stay a few nights.

For the most part the house delivered on the basics, although a lack of water pressure was a constant topic of discussion during our stay. A few of the amenities were sub-par but could be easily fixed like getting the water quality in the hot tub to a desirable level of chlorine, fixing the wear and tear on the pool table and corn hole boards, and installing speakers in the inside bar area. The only issue that they may want to look into further is checking and making sure all grounds in their electrical system are good because when a bug would get zapped by the bug lights, the lighting of the house would flicker. All in all though, the house was located perfectly for us and we will be definitely returning in the future.

Amazing cabin with lots of extras!!
I stayed 3 nights in this wonderful cabin with my husband, 3 adult children, and their spouses. When they say "fully stocked" they mean it! Everything we needed was there, and more! The garage is full of games and activities to keep all the young adults occupied, and us too! The kitchen had everything we needed and even had staples and extras needed for meals. It's a very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated cabin. The only con (which is not owners fault at all) is that there is not much of a shore at the waterfront, and it's very rocky. Not a great spot for splashing and playing in the lake. There is no dock, which wasn't a problem for us, but perhaps a small fishing dock, or platform, would be something to consider adding. The walk back up to the cabin is difficult, even for healthy young people. Communication with property manager and owner was outstanding! I would definately stay here again!!

Fun Family Getaway
We stayed at the Carefree Bear Lodge for a week with 5 adults and one infant. The Lodge is well represented in the pictures - it was very clean, spacious and incredibly well stocked. I have never stayed in a rental that was as well stocked with towels, linens and kitchen supplies as this was. There is lots of room to spread out and plenty of room to sit and relax both inside and out. We used the fire pit for a hot dog roast and s'mores, we paddle boarded a couple of times, we played corn hole and lots of pool. There is even a nice speaker system in the lodge that so could play music in every room. The wifi was excellent. It is quite a hike up the hill from the lake, especially if you are carrying a paddle board, but it was good exercise. Although there is a small lake view from the deck and a beautiful view once you get to the water, there isn't really a space to spread out and relax down at the water since it is so rocky, but we didn't mind since using the lake wasn't our primary goal. We were about 40 minutes from the strip and enjoyed Tanger Outlet Mall and the new Aquarium. We golfed a few times and spent a day at Silver Dollar City, which was about 15 minutes away. We ate pizza one night at Pier 28 (delicious and on the water) but otherwise we cooked in the lodge. Communication with the property manager and the owner was excellent. We had a great week and I would highly recommend!
