"Our room fridge was broken. They didn’t try and fix it after asking three times. We almost lost $4000 worth of medication. We did lose about $29 of food items. The walls in the bathroom were filthy. Pillows could be way better. Staff was great."

Curtains were a bit dirty and depending on who was room maid each day, replacements were hit & miss.
