Head east on Colington Road and cross the Bypass (Highway-158) onto Ocean Bay Boulevard. Head to the traffic light and cross NC-12 (the Beach Road) until you reach the parking lot for the Ocean Bay Boulevard Street Beach Access. The access offers a paved parking lot, a bath house, outdoor showers, bike racks and a lifeguard (in-season only). Advance Year Bookings: Accepts Bookings within 51 Weeks in Advance This home allows the current year's guest the first option to rebook their dates for the future year. All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement. Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount.
