Reviewer Comments: Higher Vibe is in an ideal location, a very walkable 2 short blocks to the beach with direct beach access. The home was comfortable and clean with a well-stocked kitchen in terms of pots, pans, dishware, cutlery, etc. (One minor note: a pair of scissors would be a good addition). There was also a hot tub right outside the living room, although we didn't use it. Although the layout is a bit funky, it still works just fine. A/C works really fine, too, if you're hot-blooded! Also a perk: the 2 bathrooms (one with shower; one with tub) are newly renovated, which eliminated any "ick" factor that sometimes happens with older properties, even when they're clean. The only down points we could possibly mention are truly minor: better (updated) instructors for the TV would be helpful (it was opening weekend for college football and the setup didn't work well with our YouTubeTV subscription (NetFlix was great -- that is, if you're coming to the beach and needing to watch TV); and the very necessary dehumidifer (we owned a beach home in Texas and absolutely get it!) in the LR is super loud and cycles on/off constantly, so you find yourself yelling at each other over it, and/or constantly adjusting the TV volume up/down/up/down).The neighborhood was quiet -- even on a holiday weekend -- and the ability to bring our mini doodle made for a relaxing and joyful seaside weekend. ##### Laurie H. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Quinn J.
