« This house with 4 bedrooms offers a great, family friendly and easy living getaway. The kitchen is very well stocked. From the outdoor deck you can just see the ocean & we experienced a lovely sunset. »

« Communication was clear and easy. The inside of the home was clean, every appliance we needed and more… perfect for a large family gathering with two spacious living rooms. However, the decking was of huge concern with a large gaping hole on the back deck and lifted and rotting decking at the entrance. « We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor. »
