The staff were exceptional—so friendly, accommodating, and provided brilliant service throughout our visit. They were particularly wonderful in being so attentive to my wife's gluten allergy for both dinner and breakfast, which we truly appreciated. The room itself was amazing: spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. We both had an amazing night's sleep in the comfy bed. Both dinner and breakfast were brilliant. Dinner was fresh and delicious, and the breakfast service was quick, especially when ordering from the selected menu (the help-yourself coffee and cereal was a great start too!). Honestly, we couldn't find a single fault with our stay. It was a Saturday evening and we hadn’t booked a table for food but they kindly squeezed us in even though they were very busy, the food was very good as was the breakfast the next morning, there was a continental breakfast laid out and we had the choice of full English or different types of eggs, we chose to have omelettes which were delicious.
