Guest Registration: Guest registration is mandatory for all bookings and replaces the need for a cash bond for short term bookings (up to 20 nights). It is essential for fraud prevention, damage claims, safety, and emergency purposes. The process varies depending on the online travel agent used. Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driver’s licence and credit card through our encrypted online process. Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. Schoolies: To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for “Schoolies” breaks/groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort. No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks. EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable. If in doubt, ask our team for the closest EV charging station. Long Stay Discounts: Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message. Property Information: Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7. Security Deposit: For most bookings, completion of our registration process and a valid credit card with a $1000 available limit is sufficient for the security deposit. For medium-term bookings (21-40 nights) and long-term bookings (41-90 nights), a non-negotiable cash security deposit is required. This deposit is refunded after the departure inspection, with any damage or loss deducted. The minimum cash deposit is $2000, with higher amounts for larger or more expensive properties, or at the owner’s/manager’s discretion. Peace of Mind: For your added security we will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held held by us and not disbursed until after your departure. This means is scalding hot & can literally burn.- Shower head doesn’t stay up. You literally can’t have a shower without holding it in your hand.- Toilet roll holder is loose to the point where the TP kept falling off every time we used it.- Shower screen leaks all over the floor (and the TP falls into the water!)- When water gets on the floor infront of the shower instead of running towards a floor waste (drain) it runs out the door to the living room due non-compliant falls on the tiling.- The towel rail is falling off.- The vanity mixer tap is extremely loose.This is such a great location. Booking was straightforward, although the “non-refundable” label should’ve set our expectations lower. After booking, the property management company emailed requesting a photo of our driver’s licence and our credit card online. We submitted the licence, but declined to upload the credit card (our Amex advised strongly against it). Upon arrival, we still had not received the door code. They continued to insist on the credit card photo online. We offered to bring the card to their office or provide the number over the phone, but the person we were corresponding with didn’t appear to have a physical office, and all communication remained via text messages. The tone felt off. Eventually they sent us the code. Throughout our stay we received multiple one-sided text messages listing $500 “penalties” if we parked wrongly, used a certain space, or did other things. Our messages with questions were ignored. We were told to move the garbage bins from the carport to the street for collection, even though we thought they were still in their designated spot. Parking was in a carport but extremely tight for our minivan — once parked, one side of the vehicle couldn’t get a door open. Within the first 48 hours we found three large cockroaches in the apartment. Barely 150 meters from Kendalls beach but not on the Beach itself. Close enough to hear the surf. Accomodation is a bit small, but adequate. The downside. The fridge freezer doors were broken when we opened the freezer they came off in our hand. Utensils in the kitchen were very minimal. Carry your own Non Stick pan, as the one available is very small and useless. Other things like Sugar, Salt Oil etc were missing and we had to buy our own. Not a problem as Woolies is not far away. I had requested a tow hour earlier checkin 2.00 pm instead of 4.00 pm to which the Property Managers agreed. Overall a good experience. ##### Sudhir D. You can enjoy like as ur own home. It’s such a nice location in good price. The Apartment itself was ok. There were some things that weren't functioning. The exhaust fan did not work. It made a loud sound and was obviously needing repair. I did miss read the microwave Oven as a normal oven. There could have been an upright stove/ oven placed in the apartment as there was plenty of room. An oven and larger cook top is useful for a family. It appeared that there was a lot of utensils/ objects left from other people. There were oven trays- no oven, DVD's no DVD player. The combined TV/DVD player in the main bedroom was not able to tuned in to a station for the DVD to be played. Thankfully we have learnt form experience to provide our own for the stay. I had to go out and buy dish washing liquid and sponges to properly clean the cooking utensils. The dish washing container that was provided was watered down and useless. As it is expected that the dishes/ equipment are washed this should have been provided. Extra cooling fan in the lounge room was not functioning. On a final note a soft door mate inside should be provided so as to wipe feet before waking on the the floor. Overall there appeared to be little detail or thought to the needs of a tenant.
