The cabin is unparalleled as is the hospitality and they have their own wonderful greeter in their cat, Okie.The space is very comfortable and clean, and has all the amenities one could hope for. Since our first visit in 2022 we’ve made it a pilgrimage at least annually. You will not find better hosts. They’re awesome! ##### Julie G. Lisa and John are wonderful hosts. The kitchen is one I would have in a future house. It also includes a distant but striking view of Mt. Rushmore from the deck.The house is an amazing point for ventures to Mt. Rushmore, the national parks, Badlands and Deadwood . Would highly recommend a stay ##### Ed L. My husband and I absolutely loved everything about our stay at this property. The owners are wonderful people, their property is gorgeous, the house is clean and comfortable, and the views are stunning. It is far enough away from town that it’s peaceful, yet just close enough to Keystone, other area towns/cities, and area landmarks and travel attractions, allowing for the perfect mix of relaxing, shopping, entertainment, being outdoors, etc. Again, I will emphasize, the owners of this property are fabulous! Which makes this location all the more perfect. Literally a day before we decided to hop in the car and drive out to South Dakota from Illinois to see the Badlands, Mt. Rushmore, and the Wind Cave National Park. We chose this property do the the view of Mt. Rushmore off the back deck as well as the modern look on the inside We made the trip at the right time as there were very few tourists and the weather was low 70s everyday. We hiked up Black Elk Peak after visiting Mt. Rushmore. The scenery is breath taking. The owners were very nice and helpful. I am so glad we made the trip. ##### J.C. C.
