The room is nicely appointed. However, it is very damp in the room (beyond what we felt everywhere else on the island) and the bathroom fan is not adequate for the humidity level in the room. The blinds needed to be down for privacy, but, then the room is very dark. It would have been nice to have some sheers that allow light in without allowing people to see in. Easy to check in/get in. We stayed in Keitt for a few days celebrating my pharmacy school graduation! A clean, spacious, and beautiful room with complimentary welcome snacks and sparkling wine. They offered a free concierge service which was very helpful to rent our golf cart. Great location, walkable to any area. It exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect for exploring Key West. The check-in process was seamless. Communication with the concierge was easy and immediately answered. The room was comfortable and private. The pool is a great place to relax for a bit between trips out on Duvall. Perhaps we got lucky but we could not hear any neighbors for the entirety of our stay. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to visit! Bed was great. Overall great experience. However, we made a morning call to concierge and received a recorded reply. I left a message and two contact numbers and received no call back. The bathroom, especially the shower was very nice. There was a small outdoor pool, which was nice and kept clean. The downside was we had a lot of trouble with the TV, some blinds are broken, didn’t realize that the trash was on the side of the house that we never went to until the last day, and it got pretty noisy at times with roosters crowing in the morning, the street cleaner sweeping in the morning, this is 5 AM for both of those noises, and then one night we had neighbors having a very loud party around midnight 1 AM.
