You are a 5-7 minute boat ride to open water. The space features 2 living areas (including a queen size pull out bed), 3 bedrooms with 1 king, 1 queen and bunk room with queen and with XL Twin. Dining area, 4 flat screen TVs. Fully stocked kitchen with NEW items. Shaded outdoor space w/ new Weber Grill. 50 miles to Key West. Come make some memories! The space This quaint single family home is perfect for your keys vacation. The home features coastal decor, 2 living areas, a dining area with views of the beautiful waterway (which faces west). One bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has bunk queen with a XL twin. The living room has a pull out sofa. Each full bath features a tub/shower. Washer and Dryer, new kitchen appliances as well as new dishes, pots, pans, etc. The dock is amazing....brand new with plenty of lighting and a fish cleaning table. The house had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The location can’t be beat close to amazing fishing and access to the community pool at the cabana club.
